NEBULOREX Returns Policy

At NEBULOREX, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with every purchase you make. However, if you wish to return an item for any reason, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Products must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.

Non-Returnable Items

• Underwear, swimwear, and other personal items.
• Gift cards and downloadable software products.

Return Procedure

2. Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
3. Include the original receipt or proof of purchase inside the parcel.
4. Send the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return procedure and place a new order for the item you want.
